Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us at mindecholabs@gmail.com and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
